<DIV style="LINE-HEIGHT: 55pt" align=center><A href="http://www.cps800.com/news/20257.htm"><IMG src="/uploadfile/newspic/2009/200907/20090727140257759.jpg" border=0 target="_blank"></A></DIV> <DIV style="LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><B><FONT color=#216a8a>引言:</FONT></B></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">随着企业生产现代化水平不断提高,订单式生产的时间性要求越来越高,企业间的竞争日益加剧,订单交货的准时性、产品质量的良品率、生产成本的不断降低等等对企业的竞争力要求越来越高。于此同时,国际、国内能源的紧缺,供电环境及供电质量却日益恶劣,而用电设备对于供电电网的质量要求也越来越高。这就使很多企业日益将<SPAN>UPS应用到生产在线,以提高生产力来应对日趋激烈的竞争。下面以某大型现代化生产企业生产线UPS电力解决方案为例,介绍DELTA NT UPS在大型生产供电的动力解决方案。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">本次<SPAN><STRONG><A href="http://www.cps800.com/news/19298.htm" target=_blank>UPS供电</A></STRONG>系统建设主要是为中山纬创资通工厂产线生产设备供电,因产线几秒钟的断电也会让用户蒙受很大的损失,因此客户希望采用UPS来为产线保驾护航,提高产线供电系统的可靠性。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 24.1pt; TEXT-INDENT: -24.1pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>一、<SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><B>用户需求分析</B></FONT></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">通过与企业自动插件生产线部门沟通,得知客户生产线的设备主要为<SPAN>SMT机,产线主要为某国际公司生产游戏机。产线单条容量最大为25KVA,共有22条生产线,总容量即为:25KVA*22=550KVA。根据客户初期的规划,打算为每台生产线配置一台UPS 50KVA的ups,即分布式供电方案。主要考虑的因素是,风险相对较小,即使UPS损坏,也仅仅影响一条产线的生产。另外,客户以前也是这样配置的,已经形成了固有模式。我们总结客户的需求特点为以下两条:</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>1)要为多条产线提高供电保障,并且希望供电可靠度有一定保证,降低风险;</DIV> <DIV>2)预算有限,花最少的钱,办最大的事。</DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 24.1pt; TEXT-INDENT: -24.1pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>二、<SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><B>UPS</B></FONT><B><SPAN>电源供电方案</SPAN></B></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">基于以上客户需求分析,我们为客户定制了如下解决方案。此方案的出发点,主要是从降低整体成本、提高供电可靠性方面着手。</DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 17.85pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: -17.85pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>2.1</SPAN></B><B>UPS</B></FONT><B><SPAN>容量的确定及选型</SPAN></B></DIV> <DIV>1)根据以往经验,在正常生产中产线设备的实际功率约为标称值的<SPAN>60%左右。即以上负载实际使用时负载量约为550*60%≈330KW。我们以此负载量来配置UPS,做到为客户配置合适、够用的UPS,尽量避免UPS容量配置过大,造成浪费和成本的提升。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>2)<SPAN>UPS的容量选择主要是由负载的大小,负载的特性以及预留容量的大小来确定的.通常的计算公式是:</SPAN>UPS容量<SPAN>=<SPAN style="POSITION: relative; TOP: 13pt"> </SPAN></SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">首先<SPAN>,UPS的容量必须大于所带负载的总容量;</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">其次<SPAN>,不同特性的负载对UPS的容量要求也不同.如负载接近电阻特性,输入功率因子大于UPS的输出功率因子(一般为0.7-0.8),则按 UPS的输出功率因子来计算;如负载的输入功率因子小于UPS的输出功率因子,则按负载的输入功率因子来计算.</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">第三<SPAN>,为保证UPS长期稳定地运行,负载容量一般不超过UPS容量的80%, 并且新装UPS一般还要留出一定的负载扩容余量.</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>3)根据上面的分析及计算公式,我们建议配置的<SPAN>UPS总容量应为:</SPAN>330KW÷<SPAN>0.8÷0.8≈520KVA ;</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>(说明:第一个<SPAN>0.8为UPS输出功率因子,第二0.8为UPS预留容量和超载、负载量变化时考虑的最佳带载量。)</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>故,<SPAN>UPS的总容量应该为考虑为600KVA。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">因此,建议使用<SPAN>DELTA NT UPS并联冗余系统,其容量范围为20-3200KVA,其是专门设计用在大型工矿企业。采用全桥逆变架构和内置输出隔离变压器,负载适应性最强,超载能力突出,设备技术成熟,性能稳定可靠,运行效率高。最适合为企业的大型生产线稳定运行提供可靠保障。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 17.85pt; TEXT-INDENT: -17.85pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>2.2.1<SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><B>方案一 分散的供电方案</B></FONT></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">每条生产线由一台<SPAN>NT 50KVA UPS来供电(留有余量)。此供电方案优点是:每条生产线各由一台UPS承担,即使一台UPS故障,也不会导致所有的负载得不到保护。缺点是:</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>1)<SPAN>22台50KVA UPS的总成本高于方案二,整体拥有成本最高。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>2)每台<SPAN>UPS都留有余量但并不一定每条生产线以后都会加设备,而且,这些余量,只有这条产线才能利用,其它产线无法利用,这样就造成一定程度的UPS余量资源浪费。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>3)设备众多,管理、维护工作繁杂,造成后期使用、管理成本增大。</DIV> <DIV>4)所有产线都由单台<SPAN>UPS供电,系统供电可靠性低。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: -36pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>2.2.2<SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><B>方案二 <SPAN>2+1机并联冗余共享电池组的集中供电方案</SPAN></B></FONT></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">这是一种优化的供电方案,既大大提高了系统供电的可靠性,而且也可以充分的利用现有的资源,最大化的节约成本。这种方案是由<SPAN>3台NT 320KVA UPS组成并联供电系统,电池组采用共享的方式。见下图。此供电方案的好处是:</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>1)供电可靠性大大提高。<SPAN>3台UPS并联工作,共同承担负载,给系统供电。即使一台UPS损坏,负载还可正常工作,继续受到另外两台UPS的保护。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>2)<SPAN>3台UPS共享电池组,可大大降低用户成本,且电池也不会因为UPS损坏而不能利用,大大提高了电池的利用率。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>3)比分散式供电方案(采用<SPAN>22台UPS来供电)的成本要低很多。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV align=center><SPAN><IMG height=348 alt="" src="http://www.21dianyuan.com/attachments/Fckeditor/2(20).jpg" width=360></SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 114pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: -36pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 30pt"><FONT color=#216a8a><B><SPAN>3.1<SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><B>可靠性</B></FONT></DIV> <DIV style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt">为了确保重要负载不会因为<SPAN>UPS、电池、内部模块系统等的故障造成断电等问题,在现有技术条件下,采用“N+1”型UPS冗余并机供电系统是消除这些故障较容易实现和较可靠供电方案。它是在确保各台UPS单机的逆变器输出电源处于同幅度、同频率和同相位的条件下(出现在各种UPS单机之间的“环流”等于零),将“N+1”台具有相同输出功率的UPS单机的输出端置于并联输出状态来运行的供电系统。(见三台UPS并联共享电池组原理图)。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV>这种并机方案大大优于<SPAN>UPS的单机运行方式。采用冗余并机供电系统的可靠性体现在以下方面:</SPAN><BR>1)确保在有一台<SPAN>UPS出故障时,仍然能够为所有负载提供不间断的高可靠的电源。</SPAN><BR>2)冗余并机系统带来了负载用电的可靠性的显着提升,并使该类负载的供电可靠性达到<SPAN> 99.999%甚至更高。</SPAN><BR>3)在随着客户业务的增长,对负载设备进行扩容时,只需对现有的并机系统进行扩容即可,而无需新建一套新的<SPAN>UPS供电系统,从而为客户节省相应的成本,并依然保持该供电系统的高可靠性。</SPAN></DIV> <DIV style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;
