电除尘器电源的发展方向――高频化和数字化

摘要：本文以电除尘电源的发展方向――高频化和数字化为题，从理论和实践上说明了IGBT高频开关电源能克服传统SCR相控电源的缺点，能提高除尘效率，采用全数字控制能同时解决电除尘器系统控制问题。高频开关电源是典型的环保节能降耗产品，是新建和改造电除尘器的首选供电设备。文章还提供了电除尘器用高频开关电源的线路和控制方案及设计原则。 叙词：高频开关电源；系统控制器；全数字控制 Abstract：This paper presents digital and the high frequency evelopment direction of a electrostatic precipitator power supply.Theory and practice validate the IGBT High-frequency Switching Power Supply has overcome the shortcoming of SCR Phase control Power Supply and can enhance the dust removal efficiency. This entire digital control way also can control the Electric precipitator system very good. The all above explained that the High-Hrequency Switching Power Supply is a typical product which is energy economization, environmental protection and reduced material. And the　High-Hrequency Switching Power Supply also is the first choice equipment when the electric precipitator is newly built and reconstructed. This paper has also provided the circuit,the control scheme and the principle of design of High-Frequency Switching Power Supply.
